7 Weeks - Sleepy Son

It seems like this week is a sleepy one, is it possible we were sleep depriving the little guy? Or he just didn't want to sleep...maybe another one of those growth spurts everyone is still talking about.

He is eating very well now, and gained 14 oz. this week! He has spent a lot of time snuggling Mom in his Moby wrap, very happily. He is starting to grasp and hold onto objects, including Mom's hair and Dad's shirt. He discovered his own face in the mirror today, and made strange faces and laughed at it. He also enjoyed a book today for the first time really, "Baby Play Day." He especially liked the page with the mirror and the page with the big elephant!!

He also had a lovely mini-picnic in the park this weekend. It was an absolutely perfect day.
